Description

Easy Metered Rack Power Distribution Units (Rack PDU) provide real-time remote monitoring, power management of connected loads, and much more features than the average power strip.

1% Metering Accuracy
Providing the same level of accuracy as a utility company meter by adhering to IEC 62053-21 class 1, 1% metering accuracy provides peace of mind to use these PDUs to bill based on power usage. In addition, the higher level of accuracy ensures the most precise measures for capacity planning and threshold alarm monitoring. Available on 9000 series PDUs.
Metering-by-Outlet capability
Individual outlet level power metering provides a more granular view of the power distributed to equipment within the enclosure. It also provides the ability to analyze component power trends and perform capacity planning.
Remote Management Capabilities
Full-featured network management interfaces that provide standards-based management via Web, SNMP, and Command Line Interface. Allows users to access, configure, and manage units from remote locations to save valuable time. Associated with this feature is the ability to quickly and easily upgrade the firmware via network download to installed units for future product enhancements.
Vertical Mounting Capabilities
Easily mounts vertically in racks or enclosures and occupies zero U of valuable rack space, which allows more equipment in the rack. Units that mount vertically are optimized to fit in a NetShelter enclosures.
Zero U Rack Mounting Abilities
Vertical mounting capabilities allow users to mount the units in a rack or enclosure without expending valuable rack space.
